NoiseKICK FX Blue Up Octave - Pedal of the Day

NoiseKICK FX Blue Up Octave

The BLUE UP from NoiseKICK FX is two effects in one enclosure; featuring a piercing clean octave up and an octave down, with the ability to blend in a fuzz.

On the left is the octave up channel with 2 knobs: Volume and contour. You can use this channel on it’s own to produce an octave that will punch through the mix, or stack it on top of other effects. Since the octave up is gain-driven it will sound more pronounced in conjunction with a fuzz or distortion. (I.e a dirt box proceeding the octave pedal in your chain).

On the right:
A thick sounding octave down modeled after the elusive ‘blue box’. With the two knobs controls, volume and blend, you can achieve a variety of tones. The added toggle switch allows you to choose between 1 or 2 octaves down. The blend knob will mix you clean signal with the fuzzy/synth-y tones of the octave down channel.

Combing the two effects will produce a wall of sound with tones reminiscent of a synthesizer, fuzz, and bass all-in-one.

Specs:
Pure analog circuity
True Bypass
Each channel can be used independently or together.
Ideal for guitar or bass.
Made by hand, one at a time. From the circuit board, to the wiring, to the paint, drilling, and sanding.
Even the knobs are handmade! The clear green ones come from Sean at KnobCustomShop.com
Uses standard 9 volt plug (2.1mm negative center/tip)
Total chic magnet: One time me and this pedal went on a picnic. All the ladies were commenting on this adorable pedal.
