TSW Pedals Stalach Drive

This pedal is a one off custom job from Trevor at TSW Pedals, and is one (well, 2) of my favorite drives combined into one pedal. This is definitely my coolest pedal as it has my signature image laser engraved right onto the front panel. He takes his Dragon Slayer, which is a take on “plexi in a box” and combines it with his Infinite Drive (similar to a tube screamer but with a smoother tone control and more gain on tap) here is how I use each side…

The Dragon Slayer (left footswitch):

I use this side when I need a real bright and clear crunch that is in your face, but also cleans up with picking dynamics and volume control. With less gain and more volume, this give you a perfect and natural broken up amp sound.

Infinite Drive (right footswitch):

This side has really been a favorite of mine lately. The best way to describe this sound is just straight MEAN!!! This is such a diverse pedal that easily goes from subtle drive, to a screaming heavy distortion. I personally use it on our more edgy and harder songs that really need that singing distortion. I also use this as a solo boost because it absolutely sings when playing single notes as well. The sustain last forever and it’s an extremely pleasant and musical drive!

Trevor from TSW Pedals LOVES doing custom work and takes extreme pride in his pedals, as well as taking care of his customers. He’s always working to not only give players great tone, but making a pedal that represents the player as a musician and person. Where else can you get a custom pedal with your own image/logo etched right into it??
