We’re taking a look at something different today, but it’s a piece of gear that every pedal psycho needs to have in their arsenal. The folks at Holeyboard have come up with a radical pedalboard design, one that’s fully customizable and easy to use, while making your pedals accessible and looking sharp. They sent over the 3-piece ABC Combo board for me to check out, and I had an absolute blast putting it and a fun signal chain together…let’s check it out!!

The ABC Combo features the trifecta of pedalboard champions all together, each playing a role to make the most useful, adaptable and easiest-to-use pedal board for you. Note that the A+B+C Combo comes with all of the H-Connectors you need. You can connect them in any order, take one off, add one back, your choice.
Holeyboard Features:
Future-Proof Expansion
Modular design adapts to your needs

“The Rosetta Stone” of Pedalboards
Patented High Surface Area geometry channels optimized for Hook & Loop style adhesive component fasteners
Patented Hole Pattern designed for Zip Tie ease
Works with Magnets – Steel is Real
Quick Release style Mounting Plates – 0.070″ thin and holes everywhere
Thoughtfully designed to have increased surface area for better adhesive bonding along the center channel, Holeyboards were born to use zip ties. 13 years of passion has created a patented hole pattern that works well, on every inch of the deck.
Elevated & Angled Second Level
Meets your foot as it swings up from the floor, for fluid and intuitive switching
Dedicated Wah/Volume Module
Zero Degree Rise Platform – Gives you lots of room to move. The Holeyboard is the only pedalboard with a dedicated platform for foot pedals, because we are serious about comfort and ease.
Low-Profile Bottom Shelf
Close to the ground to minimize the need to raise your foot for instant switching
The setup (as you’ll see in the demo) was about as easy as it gets – I went with the zip tie method, and it took just a few minutes to get all the pedals in place and secured. I love how you can add or take away these different modules, too, as your pedalboard needs change over time (I think we ALL have that problem). Built like a tank, it looks slick, it feels sturdy and, most important, provides you with a great way to display your rig. Visit the Holeyboard website for many more details on the ABC Combo, and to order your custom pedalboard setup today!! Cheers!!
