The Gray Speck is the DOD OD250 “1979 Gray Spec” clone overdrive pedal from boutique builder Chicago Stompworks. This one features just two knobs, Loud (Volume) and Grrr! (Gain), but there’s a wide range of sounds available. If you dig the original circuit’s sound, you’re gonna love this affordable remake:
