The Modulatron Overloaded is Spicy Pedals’ most unhinged creation yet — a chorus/vibrato pedal with dual LFOs and a built-in overdrive channel. What you’ve got here is a modulation pedal that thinks it’s a drive pedal. Or maybe a drive pedal that dreams in stereo swirl. The clean path is no longer clean—it’s juicy, gainy, and ready to grind. You can still run it like a traditional chorus/vibrato with all the lush, wiggly goodness of the OG Modulatron. But now, flip the blend or crank the Overload knob, and you’re in uncharted territory.

Spicy Pedals took their original Modulatron — already a dual-LFO chorus/vibrato beast — and did what any mad scientist would do: added an overdrive circuit to the clean channel and pushed the whole thing over the edge. Run your signal into the overdrive and modulate it after…or modulate your clean tone and kick in the Overload to rip it apart. There’s no wrong way to use it. Just spin the seven knobs and follow your ears.
